great value and excellent service during our family holiday in dumaguete. kayong's inn impressed us with its central location, friendly staff, and complimentary snacks in the room. clean, cozy, and affordable, it was just what we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was central, right by the Valencia market and the Philippines. There was Jollibee nearby to grab something to eat. The room was spacious and fine, I had netflix and climate control. The bathroom was particularly good but it worked for my 1 day stay.

The bedroom was comfy and exceptionally clean. Could use Netflix and an air conditioner...

I recently stayed here for a week while exploring the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. the rooms were modern and clean, equipped with efficient air conditioning, comfortable beds, and fast internet. I particularly enjoyed the open-air seating area on the fourth floor that offered stunning views of the mountains and water. the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to the coast and central attractions.

The location is mind-blowing! So close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Super clean rooms with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jane at the front desk. They even let us store our sans rival in their freezer. Plus, the tricycle and motorbike rentals right outside the inn make it so easy to get around. Jaw-dropping convenience!

I loved being woken up by the banging noise from the AC unit, it added a thrilling touch to my stay. The staff were delightful and the location was perfect for exploring.

very clean and centrally located near the boulevard. the staff was super friendly and helpful - even offering a free tour to the Valencia market and Pulangbutao waterfalls. enjoyed the comfortable bed and the quiet room at the end of the hall. quick check-in process with a personalized key waiting for me. had WiFi in my room with no issues. small breakfast included and a nice terrace on the 4th floor with good views

The location was super convenient, right in the heart of the city. Everything I needed was within walking distance, like pharmacies, food hubs, and even a wet market. I also appreciated the fact that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. One more advantage of the hotel was the hot shower - it worked perfectly and was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring.

One major downside was the lack of attention to detail. The room I stayed in had a mirror that was placed way too low for someone of my height, which was quite frustrating.
